DBI: Improvising across the globe….

…..or at least across across a section of the Mid-Atlantic.

We’ve got some exciting news-in the next month or so, you can potentially see DBI 4 times in 4 different states.

First off, we’re at the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival on February 16, at the Arts Center West End at 8pm. If you’re in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area (or, as we locals* call it, “the Triangle”), you can get tickets right here: http://www.eventbrite.com/event/2730142931 Seriously, though, if you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking the festival out. It’s a tremendous amount of fun.

Next stop on our World Tour 2012 is a return to Queens. Last summer, we were thrilled to perform in the Scrimmage, a super fun show with the MishMash! Well, we’re going back to compete against the MishMash! once more, and this time, I promise, there will be casualties!** The show is at 6pm on March 11 at the Creek and the Cave  in Long Island City.

Also, thrilled to be making our Philadelphia debut! We’re performing as a part of Polygon Comedy at L’Etage in Philadelphia on March 13. The show starts at 8pm, and we’re performing with 3 other teams to be determined. Barring another yellow fever outbreak, it should be a good time.

Finally, we’re back home for our regular spot at the Main Street Theater on March 30 at 8pm. We’ll have the DBI Improv Foundations Class under the tutelage of Professor Timothy Norek doing their class show. And we’re back just a week later on April 6 for our April show at the Main Street Theater. Stayed tuned for (hopefully) a really cool announcement about the April show.

* In the interest of full disclosure, I’ve spent maybe 5 days, total, in North Carolina in my entire life.

** No, there won’t.
